Rogue Panda is an online apparel and home product retailer of awesome designs.
WHICH CAME FIRST THE PANDA OR THE NAME?
Can't say if this is true for the chicken, but for us the panda came first. In an attempt to create animal designs that mimicked those of some professional sports teams, the concept of Rogue Panda was born.
In June of 2021, our branding was updated to reflect a more modern and streamlined feel. You will still find, on occasion, our old Rogue Panda in the wild.
WHY ROGUE PANDA?
Why not?! Our designs are awesome and they are printed on great apparel and other products.
HOW ARE PRODUCTS PRINTED?
Our products are all a fancy-schmancy print on demand technology called direct to garment, dye sublimation, or UV printing. It results in a high-quality, long lasting print that will stand up to wearing and washing many, many, many times.
WHERE'S MY ORDER?

Orders ship after they are printed and we do not have a warehouse! Orders typically ship 5-7 business days after your order is received (but can take longer) and are shipped UPS, USPS standard post, or DHL, which takes 3-5 business days to get to your door. Orders received after 3pm est will be processed as the next day. We'd say conservatively, expect 10-14 business days for delivery. Sometimes things happen and we ask that you be patient. However, if it has been more than 21 business days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email, what you ordered and/or any specifics about your order to help us locate your product. Once a tracking number has been generated, we cannot refund your order.
MY TRACKING LINK SAYS IT IS IN TRANSIT TO THE NEXT FACILITY BUT NO OTHER DETAILS. WHAT'S GOING ON?
During holidays and peak online shopping it is not uncommon for there to be drop-offs in the communication, but your order is still in progress to it's destination. We know this if frustrating and we wish there was something we could do about it. What we suggest is to contact your local post office, UPS store, or DHL office, depending on the carrier that it was processed through, and see if they can get you more information. Unfortunately, once it leaves our printing vendor's facilities, we don't have any more information than the link you have.
I DIDN'T GET AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION
Occasionally our site hiccups and a tracking link is not sent immediately. Sometimes it requires us to manually send it, but it doesn't notify us that it is ready and needs to be sent. Sometimes it shows that the link was sent, but for some reason you didn't receive it. Things happen and we try to go with the flow and keep up as much as possible. We're all human, here. If you are concerned about your order tracking, please politely let us know at email@example.com and we will do our best to locate a tracking number and link for you to use and give you as much of an update as we have on the status of your order.
YOU KEEP SAYING BUSINESS DAYS, BUT WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
A business day is any standard business day Monday through Friday. It does not include weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or holidays. For example, if you place your order on Monday the 1st at 10pm, the order would be processed for production Tuesday morning. That order can take, on average, 5-7 business days for production and then 3-5 business days for delivery. That means you would receive your package as soon as Tuesday the 10th or as late as Friday the 17th barring any issues or high delivery times.
CAN I GET MY ORDER FASTER?
The short answer is no. Occasionally, depending on our print production partners, some orders do come out faster - depends on demand - but we cannot guarantee any order will arrive in 2-3 days. This is why we also do not offer any sort of "express shipping" options. All orders, other than overstocks & seconds, are printed after they are received, not processed from a warehouse, then shipped after they are printed. Please read the above "where's my order" section to better understand our processing and shipping.
I LIVE OVERSEAS AND WANT TO BUY, BUT IT WON'T LET ME!
Due to costs, import & tax regulations, and previous issues with fraud attempts originating overseas, at this time we only ship to the United States, Canada. We're sorry if this is an inconvenience. If we do allow overseas shipping, we will let you know via social media when that happens.
WHY DIDN'T ALL OF MY PRODUCTS SHIP TOGETHER?
Since we use different vendors for different products to give you the best possible item, sometimes your order may be split. Also, if a product is running behind or on back-order for any reason, a shipment may also be split. Please be patient. If you do not receive all of your order within a few weeks, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email, what you ordered and/or any specifics about your order to help us locate your product.
WHY IS THE SHIPPING SO HIGH?
Due to increased shipping charges we are seeing, we have had to integrate compounding shipping and that is dependent on a few factors, mostly relating to what you are ordering, how much, if it all comes from the same place/production site, and where you live. We have tried to keep them as low as possible, while still making sure we have all of our costs covered.
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?
With all of our products being print on demand, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than defect. We know it can be hard to choose a color or size, but please choose carefully. If you feel a return is still necessary please contact email@example.com with your name, email address, order number, the issue with the product so that we may assist you. If you have photos of the defect that would be helpful as well (.jpg, .png, or .pdf with total file size no larger than 1mb).
For overstock and seconds, products are AS-IS and no returns or refunds will be made for any reason.
WHAT IF I HAVE A DESIGN IDEA?
We will accept design ideas, however submission of a design idea does not guarantee that it will be created in whole or part. Additionally, you would release any and all ownership/copyright for said design/concept and expect no royalties, attributions, or compensation. DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK?
We sure do custom work! Pricing for custom work depends on the design, the product it will be printed on and the quantity of the print run. WHERE'D MY COMMENT GO?
At Rogue Panda we reserve the right to monitor all communication for appropriateness. While our designs may not always be 100% family friendly, we will not tolerate abusive, hateful, otherwise overtly negative behavior, or spam on our website or social media outlets. Whenever possible, we will try to communicate with the poster to resolve any issues as best we can.
I CAN'T FIND [INSERT PRODUCT HERE]
We work with a few vendors, but unfortunately we can't always get every product at a price and/or production quality that we want to provide to you. We try our best to add new products as they become available, so keep an eye on the site and on our social media.
MY PRODUCT SMELLS FUNNY
In printing applications, it is sometimes necessary to pre-treat fabric to help set the ink. Often this pre-treat is a vinegar solution or other, sometimes not-awesome-smelling, solution. Washing your garment once or twice should take care of the smell.
WHY DOESN'T MY SHIRT MATCH THE PICTURE EXACTLY?
Images from computer to computer and in real-life print can vary. We try to represent our products as accurately as possible, but sometimes there will be a slight variance compared to the digital representation due to brand of shirt, lighting on the mock-ups, or even if your computer is not calibrated the same as ours. If you have questions about a product before you buy, you can contact us and we'll help you as best we can.
WHY ARE SOME ITEMS DIFFERENT PRICES?
We work with different vendors and production outlets to provide our products print on demand which can affect our cost. Additionally, different types of printing and designs can cost different amounts. We always do our best to find the best price for you and us. To help you out, we're always offering a variety of specials throughout the year - keep an eye on our Facebook page - and adjusting our prices as our vendors adjust theirs.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE BUT IT'S NOT WORKING?!
We have a variety of discount codes out in the wild. Like many sites, not all codes work on all products or collections, may be subject to expiration, and limitation of use to one person/household/email address. Changes to discount use can be made at any time without notice. Additionally, custom orders, overstocks, and seconds are NOT eligible for any discounts, coupons, or specials as the prices are already scaled to provide a deep discount.
WHAT ARE OVERSTOCKS AND SECONDS?
Occasionally we take stock on-hand for special occasions such as festivals and pop-ups. We don't always sell out and our tiny office space is limited. That means sometimes we have to purge that product stock. What that means for you is extra savings on some of the designs you love! Additionally, although we say we do not accept returns, we will take them on under special circumstances. Those products, if unused/worn or undamaged will get re-sold as overstocks. Our products labeled as seconds will have some minor defect to them, usually to the print quality. These shirts will be DEEPLY discounted and the defect will be clearly explained in the product description. Sales on all overstocks and seconds are AS-IS and NO RETURNS will be accepted FOR ANY REASON and NO REFUNDS will be issued.
